Polycrystalline Diamond tipped inserts for machining highly abrasive non-ferrous and non-metallic materials - aluminium alloys, copper, brass, bronze, graphite, carbon fibre composites and reinforced plastics. Their extreme hardness and thermal conductivity give tool life many times that of carbide, along with mirror-like surface finishes and consistent dimensional accuracy at high cutting speeds.
